Inspection!
Well besides a new roof, which we knew it needed, it passed with flying colors. We already put in the purchase and sale agreement that he has to put a new roof on. So, now its trying to get someone to do it in the cold like this. If it has to wait until spring, they will hold some of his money until the roof is done and then give him the rest of his money. So we'll see!!

That is wonderful. I was worried that because the house sat vacant for so long that there would be more items to address. It is great that you will be getting a new roof, did you know that there are many different colors of shingles to choose from? Make sure that you get to help pick them out. The color of the roof will change the way that the house looks. Have a great day!
