COLD!

Man, it has been cold! Last night I had to turn my heated mattress pad on 6 all night! The kids were so cold and wanted me to start the pellet stove lol! Of course tomorrow were back in the 90's and up next week! The cold and rain with thunder and lightening was nice for that couple days, glad its over!

So I'm down 37 pounds! I feel so good, got some kinks worked out, can you guess what happens when you don't eat fiber? LOLOLOL! Ya my life the last 2 weeks, but all is good again.

I've had my Riley girl this week and its been so nice! I love that girl! Don, Josh and Patrick are in Washougal this weekend for the Pro racing outdoor series thinger. So its me and Parker and Jared, nice quiet weekend at home! My sissy is over with our sweet friend Jen so I'm hanging and visiting them, so fun!

HAHA I just thought that was funny!

My Mona girl is still chugging along. She is getting 3-5 pills a day. I figured when she is ready to go she will let me know, I can tell a lot by her eyes, shes my baby girl!!

Well just a quick post cause I'm tired and need to finish the dishes and make Parker some tea.

Summer

Boy its HOT! 104 for a week! Ugh, so glad for A/C! We are spending as much time at the pool as we can but even that is hot lol! Patrick has been working for his girlfriends dad who is a big farmer around here, he loves it! This week he is driving a combine.

How cool is he? Well a lot has happened! So I totally got another job at the hospital! Accounting/payroll/accounts payable. I only work up to 15 hours a week in that dept. Then of course I take care of Alice once a week and still shower Myron 2x a week, plus work the floor only about 1 time a month cause that's all I can handle, and oh ya I sort of have 4 men and a husband ha!

So some BIG news about me?? Well I had weight loss surgery 6 weeks ago today! I am so happy and loving life! Down 30 pounds so far. Now that I'm over the initial shock I guess, I'm not tired and I have much more energy! I'm going to be healthy for myself and my men!

Parker is babysitting a lot this summer for his summer job. He still works at the Coffeehouse but only during school. So he is making money, Patrick starts drivers Ed next month and josh and jared are just enjoying sleeping in! Look how huge they all are!!

This weekend is my sweet friend Ambers baby shower at my house! This is her 4th and very unexpected! She lives 3 miles from me so guess where I'll be all the time? Oh ya holding and smelling and loving her baby boy!

We have 2 projects this summer. First we are doing under ground sprinklers so we can do grass, and also building a chicken coop. The roof, siding and stuff is going to wait, I want grass!

I got to go to Forks with my dad and visit my Aunt up there, oh I love it up there so much! Tina and the kids just left, what a great visit! 4 days is to short! But were going to Bellingham in a couple weeks to stay with them while Don and Patrick do some Poker run, so off to shopping for us :)

Thoughts!

I had a very interesting day at work yesterday. I was in the Lab, its not as hectic as being on the floor and I love it! So I'm sitting there and started a fb email with a so called "friend" (who is now deleted and blocked) she stats telling me my boys are going to resent me because I am keeping them from their dad. Well that hit a nerve with me. First I was thinking, well their dad is at home with them because they all have the day off, but she was referring to the sperm donor. After talking with Tina about this she pointed out that I have to remember those who seek their own kind of justice through someone else, are just worth praying for. They are the pathetic creatures God puts on the earth to teach us humanitarianism. And spot on she is. This person knows NOTHING of what the actual situation is just what she has heard from 1 side of the story. So I instantly forgave her and the other people involved and I let it go. I don't understand why people feel the need to get in the middle of other peoples business when it has NOTHING to do with them? When my boys are 18 they can chose if they want to see him, we support whatever decision. Right now my oldest does and my 2nd oldest wants him in a different country. That may change it may not. What will NEVER change is they have THE best DAD/FATHER/SUPPORT/HERO/FRIEND ever and that will NEVER change! Its almost 10 years since the adoption, we have moved on with our lives, why cant you? Tina also said I will always be a certain person insecurities, why? She got what she wanted, why not leave me and my family alone? So I am working on the list above, I wish everyone would! I really do pray for those in my past, but that's where they are, in my past!

My oh My!

I am almost dirt bike racing worn out! The boys (Pat and Josh) rode last weekend where Josh got 7th place. It was cold and windy! Patrick did awesome on the obstical course and so did Don. They had fun and that's all that matters! This weekend they headed up to Airway Heights to race and Patrick crashed and hyper extended his shoulder ugh! The Dr wants us to follow up with Patricks Dr and do another xray to make sure it is fractured! This boy and his medical bills, I'm going to need to do a fundraiser or something LOL! I had to work all weekend, it was the Desert 100 in town which is a HUGE dirt bike race. Friday night we had 8 ER's, Saturday we only had about 17 and today when I left at 2pm we were up to 9 I think. Damn riders! I'm so happy I only work 2 days this week! Love that! Since we have baseball 4 nights this week. Patrick is out of track for a while. We went up to Bellingham and had such a great time! The weather was amazing and so was the company! The kids played and played and played! Tina and I went shopping and lunch at Olive Garden which was amazing! James' brother brought over clams, gross but the kids liked them lol! Before we went over I went over to Taras and got to see my Daddy and Joyce and my sissy and girls! I miss everyone so much over there! The shipyard is hiring 800 people, I told Don, maybe we should move back and then I thought for a second and said "freak no". We rode the ferry! The littles have not been on a ferry ever I don't think lol. I was always to scared to take it incase of running into someone. They loved it! We really had an amazing relaxing time! Spring break is ending today, back to school tomorrow, we are so close to the end of the year, cant wait!!

Tired!

I have been so tired the last couple weeks! Work, work, work! When I'm not working I'm not home it seems like. Track starts Monday and baseball starts Thursday so we will be back to being completely busy non stop for a month and a half! Next week I only work 3 days, thank goodness! But of course I have a school board meeting, youth group, showering my guy twice and of course trying to go grocery shopping.

I wont shop in Moses Lake anymore! They changed Walmart around and its awful! So onto Ephrata I go! Which works out perfect because my Mom lives there so I can meet her for lunch :)

We are going to Bellingham for Spring Break again, cannot wait to get up there! I miss Tina and the kiddos so much, and of course Rocket Doughnut :) Were only going for 2 days because I have to work ugh! The dirt bike race is next weekend in Odessa! The boys are excited! Well, Josh and Patrick are. Then we have a race the following weekend, spring break is going to fly this year!

Well I really don't have to much to write home about so have a good weekend!!

Lazy days

This weekend has been a lazy weekend! I love it! We were suppose to go to the west side but we ended up not going. The boys had no school yesterday and Don and I both didn't work. It was wonderful! Josh went over to Macey's for her bday, they went and saw a movie and he spent the night. Patrick went to the west side with my Mom so he is hanging out with my sister and nieces, I'm totally jealous! Parker works today and is having a friend over tonight, and Don and Jared are out doing oil changes on the dirt bikes so they can ride them! Riding season starts next weekend! 3 major races coming up and the boys cant wait! Work is a ZOO right now. So many residents on precautions for upper GI crap! Makes work not very fun! I'm loving the lab so far, I'm doing 3 days a week training right now and 2 days my regular job, so I'm very happy to be off for 3 days! Last night we went on a date, well semi date lol, we went grocery shopping and Woodys, its a restaurant in Moses Lake, it was really good! So my Parker had to get his hair cut....finally! Work was a bit concerned about it HA! We got our family pictures taken for the Church directory, yes Don is wearing a hat only because this was before hair cuts, and his hair was out of control! Actually all their hair is out of control, but not anymore! I got to go on a date with my Bear Bear! My chickens have finally started laying eggs again! Must mean its spring time! Woohoo!!!! Well I'm going to go be lazy!!

Day off!

I am SOOOOO glad I don't work today! I got some exciting news last week! I GOT THE JOB! I am now the new Lab Assistant at the hospital! I am also keeping my normal job up there because its only 2 days a week, but I'm very excited! I start training tomorrow! No where to go but up!

This weekend has been a blur! I worked Friday and Saturday both 12 hour shifts. It was very stressful! I mean the work is not, but a couple residents that yell all day, it really starts to wear on your nerves, and I mean fast! The weather didn't help, SO windy and snowing all day, didn't really stick, but snowed all day! Suppose to be in the mid 50's this week and I cannot wait!

Josh and Jared stayed at grandma and grampsies house Friday night! They went and saw the Lego movie yesterday, loved it! We went grocery shopping after I got off work so we picked em up after. Today is a day of rest! Well, besides laundry lol! I'm staying in my jammies all day, even to feed my chickens! The wind is still awful! Yesterday when I went out to start my van, the ladder fell on my van and the basketball hoop was a mere 2 inches from my drivers side window! Dang wind!!

Patricks team won their last game! It was a good game! No sports this week, yay! Track starts the following week ugh! We are going to the west side this coming weekend and I cannot wait, I need to go over and see my family over there!!

Racing season starts in 2 weeks so most weekends from then on out are devoted to dirt bike racing, so basically I will lose my sanity for a few months!
